Each month, the company prepares a detailed occupancy log, including guest arrival dates, rental duration, full guest information, payment method, rental platform, and business registration details when applicable.
In addition, a comprehensive financial report is issued at the end of each month, outlining all income generated from the property and any related maintenance or operational expenses. The property will undergo a thorough internal and external cleaning before and after each guest's stay, carried out by a professional staff member from the property management company or their appointed representative.
Bedding and towels will be laundered at a nearby professional laundry service and arranged meticulously before the guests' arrival.
